Directions & Parking FAQs

From I12
  1. Take exit 59, Covington/Madisonville
  2. Go south on 21, at the first red light turn left on E. Brewster
  3. Once on E. Brewster, go down 4 blocks and the entrance will be on your right
  4. If you get to Walk-on’s, you’ve gone too far!

  • There is an ID checkpoint at the front gate.

  • Let the gate attendant know you are visiting O² Physical Therapy.

  • Proceed straight past the pond and community center.

  • Continue to the first stop sign and turn right.

  • Parking is available on the right.

  • Enter the building with the O² Physical Therapy signage.

If you are coming for aquatic therapy, please plan ahead to allow enough time to check in, park, and walk to the pool area. We recommend arriving ready for your session at your scheduled appointment time.

If you have difficulty finding the entrance or locating the pool, you may call or text for assistance.
