Karen Heap
PT, BsPT, owner of O2PT
Karen graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She specializes in pain management, which includes soft tissue mobilization, treatment of chronic pain, and rehabilitation following post-operative surgeries. She is also highly skilled in aquatic rehabilitation, providing effective care for orthopedic conditions, CVA, and neurological disorders, chronic pain, and postoperative recovery. In addition, Karen offers specialized women’s health services, addressing conditions such as OB – related back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and osteoporosis with a compassionate, personalized approach.
Kimberly Collins
PT, MSPT, CERT. MDT
Kimberly graduated from Texas Women’s University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She is certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, allowing her to effectively access and treat muscular skeletal conditions. Kimberly also specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, helping patients improve balance and reduce dizziness, and is certified and functional dry needling to support pain, relief and enhance muscle function as a part of comprehensive treatment approach.
Veronica
Office Manager
Veronica is a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula High School (class of 1984). Her professional background includes seven years in nursing at a gastroenterologist’s office, followed by 10 years as an EHS/Quality Supervisor in a medical facility. She is also the former owner of FIT Master Fitness, which she operated for four years. She currently serves as office manager at O2 Physical Therapy, a role she has held for the past two years.
Lisa Harper
PT, BSPT, DN-C, VRT CERT, SFMA
Lisa graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1994 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has lived in Mandeville since 1996, where she has enjoyed working in a variety of settings, with her primary focus on outpatient orthopedics. Lisa is certified in Dry Needling, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Vestibular Rehabilitation and Concussion Rehabilitation, and has taken several courses in manual therapy techniques over the years.
